Noni Milici

Noni Milici grew up in Kenya and moved to the USA  for her graduate studies.  After working with a couple of international organizations with a focus on empowerment of women in various sectors, Noni was called to lead a faith-based leadership centre in the Washington DC area.

She teaches and trains women in biblically grounded leadership principles. Women are equipped with tools that enable them to be agents of change within their spheres of influence. Noni is also a Fellow and serves as a mentor at the C.S. Lewis Institute.

Noni received her Masters of Public Policy from Johns Hopkins (SAIS), Masters of Science in Global Economic Development from Eastern University (PA) and Bachelor of Arts in Business and Communication from Messiah College (PA).

Barbara Tiano

An accomplished Human Resources Executive with over 25 years of experience in creating innovative solutions that reduce costs while increasing employee satisfaction in small, mid-size and large organizations.

Ms. Tiano prides herself on developing HR programs that ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws. She is also a forward thinker providing policy designs that improve employee engagement and productivity. She is skilled at turning chaos into clear strategies that drive cost savings, transforms business plans and supports organizational growth.

Ms. Tiano holds the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR®) designation. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and English from West Liberty University.

Darlene Saunders

Dr. Darlene R. Saunders is a master certified health education specialist with extensive experience in designing and implementing health promotion and disease prevention programs, administering grants, project management and evaluating results.  

Adept at assessing gaps in services and equipping professionals to implement evidenced-based programs for culturally diverse populations. She consistently provides and coordinates high impact technical assistance services and trainings and facilitates collaborative partnerships to maximize resources and enhance deliverables.

Karlene Abrams

Karlene is a Training Director and Innovator who partners with mission-driven businesses, federal government entities and not-for-profit organizations to achieve success through community-focused solutions, and time-tested training models.

Karlene’s passion is using her excellent cross-cultural communication skills to promote fruitful collaboration with global teams. She also works as a Curriculum Developer and Training Evaluator and has considerable experience living and working internationally.

Jessica Lewis, Global Coordinator

Jessica Lewis, born and raised in Philadelphia, Pa, but currently resides in Macon, GA. During her time in Philadelphia, PA., Jessica started her own business consultancy firm named Real Solutions for Real People. Her motto, “We help real people find solutions to their everyday problems personally and professionally.” She also hosted a radio show named All about beauty, business, and you which focused on the beauty industry, entrepreneurs, and community related current events.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s in Business Management from Colorado Technical University, which gives her the people and business skills necessary to help entrepreneurs like herself get their businesses up and running and thriving long-term.

As a result of her business education and being an entrepreneur for over 12 years, she came up with the “Entrepreneur Spotlight”. This mini-series highlights entrepreneurs and the great product and services they provide. Through a series of question and answers, Entrepreneur Spotlight showcases the personality, character, and professionalism of each guest. Aside from the “Entrepreneur Spotlight”, Jessica has started and aired several podcasts, relating to personal and business credit, finance, and asset protection. Her greatest accomplishment thus far is spreading her knowledge about business to the masses via her various entertainment platforms.
