Young Girls Rising Movement (YGRM)
The CWR Kenyan Micro-Financing project started over 20 years ago and immediately gained national recognition. CWR trained women living in extreme poverty, teaching them how to apply financial principles to their lives and work. The results were life-changing for them and they were never poor again.
Crown Women Rising Honors (CWRH)
Crown Women Rising Honors (CWRH) is the awards ceremony and scholarship initiative of CWR. The CWRH recognizes female entrepreneurs who have displayed exceptional brilliance. The awards program occurs annually and will be held again in April 2019 in Washington, D.C.
Crown Women Rising Training Modules
The Crown Women Rising training modules are customized curricula in leadership, health and wellness, business development and financial management designed to build vital skills in the emerging entrepreneur. Each module is specifically created with local regional partners that understand the local business environment.
CWR Capacity Building
As part of the Crown Women Rising training modules, we run Capacity Building and Development sessions in leadership, business development and financial management. Each session will guide the user in developing skills to open, grow, an thrive their businesses to be global leaders and emerge future leaders through mentorship and guidance.
CWR Marketplace
This project is tri-fold. It connects women who are established entrepreneurs with emerging entrepreneurs, which fosters mentorship and exchange between small and larger business owners. Through the mentorship the established businesses facilitate the smaller businesses’ accessing and capitalizing on all existing markets. Lastly, all participants will be able to import or export with resources provided to ensure successful.
